Key Responsibilities Cost Monitoring Track and analyze food and beverage costs ensuring they align with the budget Inventory Management Oversee inventory levels ordering and stock rotation to reduce waste and loss Cost Reporting Prepare and present detailed cost reports highlighting variances and recommending corrective actions Supplier Relations Assist with negotiations and manage vendor relationships to secure the best pricing and terms Process Improvement Identify areas for cost reduction streamlining and efficiency within food production and purchasing Requirements Proven experience as a Cost Controller or similar role in the food beverage industry Strong analytical and problemsolving skills Knowledge of cost control techniques inventory management and purchasing processes Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Familiarity with Excel or other inventory cost management software
