Requirements

Experience : 2+ years in Dubai real estate with a strong track record of performance

Leadership Potential : Ambition to take on greater responsibility and lead a team

Languages : Fluency in English is essential; and other languages are a plus

Sales Drive : Demonstrated success in deal-closing and client satisfaction

Mindset : Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow within a high-performance culture
