Procurement Assistant Job Location UAE Key Responsibilities Assist in sourcing and procuring goods and services in line with company requirements Prepare purchase orders track deliveries and ensure timely receipt of materials Maintain accurate records of procurement activities contracts and supplier information Conduct market research to identify costeffective and reliable suppliers Support supplier evaluations negotiations and performance tracking Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures Skills Proficiency in procurement and inventory management software e g SAP Oracle or similar tools Strong understanding of procurement best practices and supply chain management Skilled in preparing and analyzing purchase orders contracts and vendor agreements Advanced Excel skills for data management and reporting A minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field Knowledge of procurement regulations and standards is a plus
