Key Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and presentation of dishes in assigned section Follow recipes and maintain consistency in food quality Ensure kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards are met Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations Maintain inventory and inform Chef de Partie of stock levels Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service Requirements Minimum 1 2 years of experience in a similar role Culinary diploma or equivalent certification preferred Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices Team player with a positive attitude Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
