Head of Project Sales

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of high-value projects in sanitaryware and tiles
• Build and maintain a strong network of consultants, architects, and developers, leveraging relationships to influence specifications and unlock business opportunities
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks across multiple sites
• Liaise closely with sales, procurement, design, and logistics teams to ensure timely execution
• Guide the specification process with consultants and architects
• Ensure client satisfaction through clear communication and responsive issue resolution
• Lead, mentor, and build capacity within the project and site coordination team
• Continuously monitor project performance, identify risk factors, and implement corrective actions to safeguard timelines and client satisfaction
• Represent the company in key project and client meetings, ensuring alignment, transparency, and professional brand representation
