Key Responsibilities Manage daily administrative and clerical operations of the school Handle correspondence emails and communication with parents staff and visitors Maintain student records attendance and administrative files Coordinate school events meetings and schedules Support admission processes and enrollment documentation Assist with procurement and inventory management of supplies and materials Prepare reports presentations and other documentation as required Liaise with teachers parents and external agencies to ensure effective communication Ensure compliance with school policies and UAE regulations Requirements Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in the UAE preferably in an educational environment Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in MS Office Suite Word Excel PowerPoint Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism Proactive detailoriented and able to work under pressure Knowledge of school operations and UAE educational standards is a plus
