Key Responsibilities Develop and implement the PPM planner based on asset conditions Monitor and troubleshoot assets Coordinate with vendors to meet SLA KPI requirements Manage emergency maintenance and technical escalations Maintain daily operation reports and performance evaluations Ensure compliance with local regulations and HSE standards Conduct training sessions for site manpower and ensure SOP awareness Perform regular inspections and audits for optimal operations Monitor energy consumption and material issuance to meet company targets Requirements Bachelor s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering 3 to 4 years of experience in the FM field Excellent communication skills Strong technical expertise
