بصفتك مدير التحول الإقليمي للذكاء الاصطناعي، ستتولى ملكية وقيادة استراتيجية التحول الشامل بالذكاء الاصطناعي عبر وحدات الأعمال في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وأفريقيا. ستضع وتنفذ خرائط طريق للذكاء الاصطناعي متوافقة مع أهداف المؤسسة، وتقود تبنّي حلول التعلم الآلي والذكاء الاصطناعي التوليدي، وتبني قدرات داخلية متينة في هذا المجال. وبالشراكة المباشرة مع القيادة التنفيذية العليا وأصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين، ستضبط ممارسات إدارة البيانات، وتشرف على استراتيجية المنصات السحابية عبر AWS وAzure وGCP، وتقود مبادرات إدارة التغيير واسعة النطاق التي تُدمج الذكاء الاصطناعي في نسيج الأعمال. تُعدّ مسؤولية الأرباح والخسائر (P&L) والقيادة متعددة الوظائف محورية في هذا الدور.

As Regional AI Transformation Director, you will own and drive the end-to-end AI transformation strategy across business units in the MEA region. You will develop and execute AI roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives, champion the adoption of machine learning and generative AI solutions, and build robust internal AI capabilities. Partnering directly with C-suite and senior stakeholders, you will govern data practices, oversee cloud platform strategy across AWS, Azure, and GCP, and lead large-scale change management initiatives that embed AI into the fabric of the business. P&L ownership and cross-functional leadership are central to this role.

Practical experience launching AI-driven SaaS products in emerging markets, including go-to-market and localization strategies Deep knowledge of data protection and regulatory frameworks across MEA (e.g., GDPR equivalents, POPIA, national data laws) and experience operationalizing compliance Fluency in Arabic and/or French plus demonstrated cross-cultural stakeholder management across MEA markets Proven track record building partnerships with universities, research labs, startups and local talent ecosystems to source AI expertise and co-develop solutions Hands-on experience establishing ethical AI governance, model auditability, bias mitigation and model risk management practices
