We are looking for a Document Controller for one of our clients with the following details :
Contract Duration : 12 Months
Location : UAE - Dubai
Qualifications & Experience Required
- Master - Undergraduate
- Prior experience in documentation will be an added advantage
- 5+ years of experience
- 08+ Years Minimum years, ADNOC Experience MS Office
- NEBOSH IGC or Equivalent, Lead auditor ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 or equivalent, Incident Investigation techniques, Additional HSE Trainings / Certifications will be added advantage
Activities :
Review & Track Insurance Documents - Ensure timely receipt and compliance of insurance certificates from vendors and contractors. Assist with Bank GuaranteesSupport the preparation, tracking, and release of performance and advance payment guarantees. Document ManagementMaintain organized physical and digital contract files and registers.Secretarial Support - Prepare correspondence, transmittals, and basic legal / contractual templates.Liaison Role -Coordinate with internal departments, banks, and insurers for documentation and follow-ups. Compliance MonitoringSupport contract team in ensuring document compliance with company policies.
