Business Analyst Job Location Dubai UAE Qualifications and Skills Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Real Estate Construction Management or a related field Minimum of 5 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst preferably within the real estate or construction industry Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences Familiarity with real estate construction processes and relevant software tools including project management and data analysis software Proven ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams fostering a cooperative environment Additional Requirements Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously A proactive approach to identifying issues and proposing solutions Experience in Agile methodologies is a plus Pay AED15 00 AED17 00 per month
