Project Manager Offshore

Responsibilities Lead and manage offshore project execution from initiation to completion Develop project plans schedules and budgets aligned with ADNOC standards Coordinate with clients stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams Ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed Oversee health safety and environmental compliance onsite Manage project risks issues and change controls Prepare progress reports and ensure effective communication across teams Ensure adherence to ADNOC safety and quality standards Requirements Bachelor s degree in Engineering Mechanical Civil Electrical or related 10 years of experience managing offshore projects with ADNOC background preferred Proven leadership and project management skills Strong knowledge of offshore construction procedures and safety standards Excellent communication negotiation and organizational skills Residing in the UAE immediate availability preferred
