The Opportunity
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Store Manager to lead our newly opening Byredo boutique in Abu Dhabi, Marina Mall. This role is key in driving store performance, engaging local luxury clientele, and building brand loyalty. You will oversee all aspects of store operations from sales and service to team development while leading a team of three to deliver exceptional retail excellence.

- Guarantee excellent customer experience as per brand guidelines

- Maintain curiosity and keep up to date with market trends and competitive activities
- Inform manager and corporate departments about relevant market information
- Manage the client database and utilize information to increase sales and client contact
- Empower the team to make decisions in the customer's best interest that also support company policies
Operations
Monitor stocks to ensure alignment with store sales potentialOptimize stockroom management for efficiency in line with corporate guidelinesEnsure the care of all valuable products and materials in the storeManage staffing levels and work schedules for proper coverageAddress risk management, physical security, store cash controls, and inventory managementDeliver team member training across all relevant areasParticipate in bi-annual inventoriesUnderstand and execute cash control procedures including bank deposits, safe funds, petty cashImplement measures to ensure the safety of teams and customersProduct and Visual Merchandising
Ensure store windows are always in good order and displays comply with company directionsMaintain store image and product care standards, ensuring staff are aware of themCollaborate with operations, logistics, product teams, and retail managers to ensure appropriate assortmentKeep the selling floor neat, clean, organized, and reflective of the visual imageIdentify and communicate product concerns promptlyCommunicate inventory needs to support business goalsMaintain full knowledge of merchandise across all categoriesPeople & Team Management
Support retail manager and HR in hiring and sourcing new staffCreate an engaged team equipped to perform effectivelyAct as a role model, embodying company values and guidelinesEnsure professional development and ongoing training of team membersSet and monitor quantitative and qualitative objectives, analyze results, and provide continuous feedbackFacilitate conflict resolution within the team, partnering with HR when necessaryReporting
Produce and analyze sales, product, staff performance, CRM, and stockroom reports using corporate toolsProvide weekly and monthly reports to back office and local teamWe'd love to meet you if you have
