Responsibility

• 1.Provide end to end Support for all ICT Services Delivery both remote & onsite.
• 2.Build and execute a comprehensive project management plan covering the entire project lifecycle of ICT projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives, and addressing key aspects such as scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, Supplier Management, effective communication, and risk management.
• 3.Support the Sales & Pre-Sales team as needed for designing the solutions as per customer requirement & commercial proposals, RFP submissions.
• 4.Manage, maintain & nurture ICT supplier relations in the region & evaluate any new supplier as needed.
• 5.Coordinate internally with various functions like Support, Product, Legal, Finance etc for execution of customer requirements & smooth delivery.
• 6.Provide support to customer for any troubleshooting & service lifecycle.
• 7.Understand & align to customer SLA & other contract Terms & Conditions.
