Job Description
JOB PURPOSE
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and boost sales. This role oversees all marketing activities, including digital marketing, advertising, promotions, events, and market research, ensuring alignment with the company’s business goals.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to support business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities.
- Set clear KPIs and track marketing performance against goals.
Brand Management & Promotion
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels, including print, digital, and in-store.Oversee the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, social media content, campaigns, and advertisements.Manage collaborations with influencers, partners, or media outlets to enhance brand exposure.Digital Marketing
Lead digital marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, and paid ads.Analyze digital campaign performance and optimize strategies for better results.Manage website content updates and online store promotions (if applicable).Events & Activations
Plan and execute marketing events, product launches, and in-store promotions.Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and agencies to ensure event success.Budget Management
Prepare and manage the marketing budget effectively.Monitor marketing expenses and ensure campaigns stay within budget.Team Leadership
Supervise and support the marketing team (if applicable).Coordinate with sales, retail, and other departments to align marketing efforts.Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.Minimum 4–6 years of experience in marketing; retail or F&B industry experience is a plus.Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics.Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.Creative, proactive, and results-oriented.Familiarity with design tools and marketing software is an advantage.Fluent in Arabic and English.
