This is a remote position.
We are looking for a motivated and confident Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via cold calls , introducing our products or services and generating sales or leads. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities :
- Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers.
- Introduce the company’s products / services in a clear and engaging manner.
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions or offers.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in the CRM system.
- Follow up with interested prospects and schedule meetings if required.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and sales techniques.
Requirements :
Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role is preferred.Strong communication and persuasion skills.Confident, friendly, and goal-driven personality.Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.Comfortable using basic computer tools and CRM systems.Good command of spoken and written English.Benefits :
