Our client, a prestigious hospitality establishment in AbuDhabi, is looking to hire a dynamic and professional Waiter to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced and vibrant environment.

As a Waiter, you will be responsible for ensuring customers have a memorable dining experience by delivering exceptional service. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure a clean, well-organized environment for guests.

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus, provide detailed information about food and beverage items, and make recommendations when necessary.
• Accurately take customer orders, ensuring all special requests are noted and communicated to the kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring presentation standards are met.
• Ensure that guests are satisfied with their meals and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including clearing tables and resetting them for new guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Offer additional menu items (, desserts, drinks) to enhance the guest dining experience.
• Ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the service area, from order taking to food delivery.
• Handle customer complaints or inquiries with professionalism and escalate to the manager when necessary.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure the safe and sanitary handling of food and beverages.
