A long-established and trusted global brokerage firm is seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Operations Specialist  to strengthen trading-related operations within a dynamic Forex and CFD environment. With over 30 years of industry presence, this firm has built a solid reputation for transparency, innovation, and client success, offering a broad range of CFD products including forex, commodities, indices, and more.

Location : Hybrid – Dubai, UAE

Work Schedule : Evening / Night Shifts Required

Responsibilities :

As a Senior Operations Specialist , you play a key role to ensuring the smooth execution and settlement of payments, trade confirmations, and the investigation of operational queries. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial flows within a trading firm and a keen eye for accuracy and compliance.

• Oversee daily back-office operations across multiple systems, including MT4
• Manage trade confirmations, payment settlements, and reconciliations
• Enforce operational controls and compliance standards throughout the workflow
• Perform critical daily checks to ensure data accuracy and process integrity
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to support business objectives
• Escalate and resolve operational issues in coordination with the Operations Manager
