Hays is currently partnered with a scaling technology provider operating in the financial services and trading space. The international business offers an online platform that facilitates the trading of currencies, stocks, ETFs, and various other asset classes.

We are seeking candidates with 5+ years of experience leading teams within a financial brokerage.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing a team of 10+ heads.

The candidate will be responsible for a team quota of between $10m-$20m of net deposits on the platform.
