Job Title : Project Director – Electromechanical Installations

Key Responsibilities and Functions

As a Project Director , you will lead a complex electromechanical installation projects in a large-scale urban development, ensuring top-quality execution and delivery.

Core Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage the design, implementation, and execution of electromechanical systems within the project.
• Evaluate the integration and impact of installations on the overall project.
• Define basic and detailed engineering, prepare technical documentation, and draft comprehensive plans.
• Collaborate with civil works, architectural, and structural teams to ensure alignment.
• Conduct mechanical, hydraulic, and low-voltage (BT) and medium-voltage (MT) electrical system designs and calculations.
• Design and develop communication and control systems.
• Specify and select systems and equipment.
• Manage installation, assembly, testing, and commissioning processes.
• Deliver completed projects to clients and oversee warranty periods.
