To provide quality food and beverage service that is always consistent Provide friendly professional and efficient bar service ensuring maximum guest satisfaction in a manner consistent with F B standards Responsible for verifying age requirements knowing alcohol pairing and tastes recipe knowledge of traditional and classy drinks processing payments managing inventory and cleaning bar supplies Your main duties will include Ensures that all colleagues activities adhere to and support the Jumeirah Quality Standards Provides a link between kitchen and service areas Provides table and or counter service of alcoholic nonalcoholic beverages Knowledgeable in food and beverage service standards Up selling skills Appropriate customer service skills in a 5star property Knowledgeable on hygiene issues Capable to conduct beverage inventories High awareness on maintaining 5star standards Any other duties such as working in different department as may reasonably be requested by the management team including assistance for large events or hotel functions Qualifications Pleasant looks and attitude exceptional grooming Confident proactive individual Willing to work long hours physically fit Team player Honest Willing to learn and grow within the Hospitality industry Completed 12 years of schooling Appropriate level of verbal and written English Previous work experience in similar outlet of same calibre Undertake all tasks competently Reports to duty as scheduled and on time Performs tasks accurately and efficiently Desirable University Degree preferably in hospitality management 2 years in a Food and Beverage Service outlet in a 5star property Experience Minimum 2 years in similar position and style of property Worked in a 5star wine bar in Dubai Minimum 36 years similar position in leading teams position at same level in same style of property Worked in customer service operations of the same calibre Desirable 23 years in a Food and Beverage Service outlet in a 5star property You will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position
