Key Responsibilities Prepare review and administer contracts subcontracts and purchase agreements Ensure compliance with legal requirements project terms and company policies Track contract changes variations and claims assist in dispute resolution Coordinate with legal procurement finance and project teams Maintain contract records and documentation for audit and reporting purposes Monitor contract performance and deadlines to ensure timely delivery Support tendering processes and assist in bid evaluations when required Requirements Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Law Engineering or related field 4 years of experience in contract administration preferably in construction or engineering industries Knowledge of contract law FIDIC or other standard forms of contracts Strong organizational negotiation and communication skills Proficiency in MS Office and contract management software
