Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for creating impactful, community-centred events? We’re looking for an Emirati Events Section Head to lead the planning and execution of high-profile events that inspire, engage, and deliver lasting impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end event planning aligned with strategic goals—from concept to post-event evaluation.
- Manage logistics, protocols, and stakeholder coordination across government, sponsors, and internal teams.
- Oversee international event operations and ensure alignment with institutional standards.
- Develop performance metrics and post-event impact reports.
- Supervise and empower a high-performing events team.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 6 years of experience in event management, with 3+ years in a leadership role .Proven ability to design and execute community event strategies.Strong bilingual communication skills (Arabic & English).Experience in budget management, risk mitigation, and inclusive design.Emotionally intelligent, agile, and culturally grounded leader.Preferred Skills
Creative community engagement and participatory formats.Social impact-driven planning using behavioural insights.Data-driven decision-making and post-event analytics.Capacity building through internal events and planning tools.Application Requirements
