Position Overview As a Secondary Teacher at this leading IB school you will Deliver engaging studentcentred lessons aligned with the IB framework fostering critical thinking and inquirybased learning Inspire a love for learning through creative and differentiated teaching strategies Promote holistic development including the academic social and emotional growth of students Collaborate with a team of committed educators to design and implement crossdisciplinary projects and initiatives Maintain uptodate knowledge of IB practices ensuring alignment with curriculum standards Key Responsibilities Plan deliver and assess lessons in alignment with the IB philosophy and subject guidelines Create an inclusive and stimulating learning environment to support diverse student needs Incorporate technology and innovative practices to enhance learning outcomes Develop and assess student projects assignments and presentations to reflect high academic standards Participate in school events extracurricular activities and professional development opportunities Communicate effectively with parents colleagues and school leaders regarding student progress and welfare Qualifications and Requirements Education A bachelor s degree in the relevant subject area a teaching qualification PGCE B Ed or equivalent is essential Experience At least 2 years of teaching experience preferably within an IB or international school setting Knowledge Familiarity with the IB curriculum is highly desirable candidates should demonstrate a commitment to inquirybased learning Skills Strong communication adaptability and the ability to inspire students from diverse cultural backgrounds Languages Proficiency in English is essential additional language skills are advantageous
