We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Growth & Business Development Manager to expand market presence and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and increasing revenue in the cleantech or sustainability industry. This role is suited for a results-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment and can adapt to the evolving needs of a startup. Responsibilities : - Develop and execute a structured framework for business development to achieve company growth targets. - Drive consultative sales approaches by deeply understanding customer needs, managing product customization requests, and negotiating value-based solutions. - Identify and evaluate new business opportunities while balancing customer-specific requests with scalable product development priorities. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at large enterprises, managing all aspects of client relationships from lead generation to deal closure. - Conduct outbound outreach and manage the sales pipeline to drive lead conversions. -
