Event Ushers - Arab-Speaker

We are looking for enthusiastic and professional Arabic-speaking volunteer ushers to support our upcoming event from 13th - 18th July 2025 . As an usher, you will be the face of the event, welcoming guests, assisting with directions, ensuring smooth seating arrangements, and providing general support — all while ensuring Arabic-speaking attendees feel comfortable and well-informed.

Key Responsibilities :

• Welcome and guide guests upon arrival.
• Assist with checking tickets and directing attendees to appropriate seating.
• Provide information and respond to guest inquiries in Arabic and English.
• Support crowd control and flow within the event space.
• Help ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Assist with any special needs or requests from guests.
• Coordinate with the event team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all attendees.
