Talent Acquisition Specialist at Nathan and Nathan

Our client is a leading F&B manufacturing and distribution company based in the UAE, with a thriving workforce of 1000+ employees and a proud partnership with one of the world's most renowned beverage brands.

We are seeking a results-driven Key Account Executive to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing key accounts within the hotel, airline, catering, and golf club sectors, with a focus on strategic growth and client retention.

Key Responsibilities :

Business Development & Account Growth

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities with key accounts, including hotels, airline companies, catering firms, and golf clubs
  • Grow specific key accounts by developing and negotiating performance-based Commercial Development Agreements (CDAs)
  • Work closely with the Special Accounts Manager to develop and execute account-specific business plans

Account Planning & Performance Tracking

  • Monitor key metrics such as product presence, promotions, pricing, volume, and compliance
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key clients
  • Negotiate and formalize account plans in alignment with company policies and budgets
  • Client Communication & Relationship Management

  • Engage with new and existing customers to assess their needs and present relevant products and solutions
  • Manage CDA fund allocations for assigned accounts
  • Monitor performance and take corrective actions as needed to ensure client satisfaction and compliance
  • Reporting & Strategic Analysis

  • Implement strategies to support brand growth and negotiate commercial terms with key accounts
  • Prepare contracts and profit & loss analyses
  • Conduct comprehensive business reviews and present actionable insights
  • Qualifications and Experience :

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
  • Proven sales experience, preferably within the hotel or airline industry , and ideally with a distributor
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Strong analytical and time management skills
  • Valid UAE driving license
