HR Officer Job Location UAE Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage the recruitment process including advertising vacancies screening candidates conducting interviews and preparing offer letters Ensure the smooth onboarding of new employees including preparing orientation materials guiding them through necessary paperwork and introducing them to company policies Ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll including overseeing deductions overtime and bonuses in accordance with UAE laws Manage employee benefits programs such as health insurance annual leave and endofservice benefits Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws including maintaining uptodate knowledge of employment regulations Prepare and submit all necessary government documentation including work permits visas and labor contracts Maintain and update employee records including personnel files leave records and other documentation Prepare HR reports including headcount turnover and other metrics for management review Support performance management processes including appraisals feedback and goalsetting Assist in managing employee recognition programs to motivate and retain top talent
