Quantity Surveyor FitOut

Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for fitout projects Review and manage project contracts specifications and quantities Conduct cost analysis and provide accurate financial reporting Monitor project progress and ensure that costs align with the budget Assess and verify the value of completed work and manage claims for variations Liaise with project managers contractors and clients to resolve any discrepancies or issues Ensure adherence to safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project Manage procurement processes and advise on costeffective solutions Qualifications Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor preferably with experience in fitout projects Relevant degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying Construction Management or related field Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in cost estimation and reporting Excellent knowledge of construction processes cost management and contractual obligations Strong communication and negotiation skills Proficient in MS Office and quantity surveying software
