Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage site activities ensuring work is carried out as per project plans and specifications Coordinate with contractors subcontractors and labor teams to ensure smooth project execution Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations onsite Qualifications Education Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or related field Experience 7 years of experience in construction site management Skills Strong understanding of construction processes and project management Proficiency in construction software AutoCAD MS Project etc Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes Good communication and leadership skills Requirements Must have relevant experience in roads and infrastructure projects UAEbased experience preferred Strong team collaboration and problemsolving skills
