Production Engineer-HVAC

Job Description

Job Responsibilities :

• Optimize Production Processes : Analyze and monitor HVAC duct fabrication operations to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Planning & Scheduling : Develop and manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery while minimizing downtime.
• Quality Assurance : Enforce stringent quality control measures and ensure all products meet specifications and industry standards.
• Equipment Maintenance : Oversee the maintenance and calibration of production equipment to maintain optimal performance.
• Troubleshooting : Address and resolve issues related to materials, machinery, and workflow interruptions.
• Cost Efficiency : Collaborate with procurement and operations to control production expenses and reduce material waste.
• Health & Safety Compliance : Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Cross-Department Coordination : Work with design, engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth production workflows.
• Continuous Improvement : Lead initiatives for ongoing process improvements and operational efficiency aligned with company goals.
• Staff Development : Train and mentor production staff, promoting a culture of safety, teamwork, and technical excellence.
