Key Responsibilities Supervise banquet setups service and breakdowns for events Coordinate with kitchen service and event planning teams Ensure smooth execution of events and adherence to service standards Train and guide banquet staff to maintain highquality service Handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly Requirements Minimum 4 5 years of banquet or F B supervisory experience Currently based in the UAE Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to lead a team in a fastpaced environment Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed
