NOON Marketplace Assistant – Product Listing & Account Management

We are looking for an experienced NOON Marketplace Expert to take charge of our seller account and product catalog on NOON.com . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with product listing, order management, and optimization techniques specifically for the NOON platform. You will play a key role in increasing our visibility and driving sales on one of the Middle Easts largest e-commerce platforms.

• Create, manage, and optimize product listings on NOON Seller Lab
• Upload product images, descriptions, pricing, and inventory
• Ensure listings are fully optimized using relevant keywords and category placement
• Manage bulk uploads and templates for faster product onboarding
• Handle pricing strategies, promotions, and campaign setup
• Monitor and resolve listing errors or suppression issues
• Coordinate order processing, shipping updates, and inventory control
• Analyze sales performance and provide regular reporting
• Ensure compliance with NOON's marketplace policies and guidelines
• Liaise with NOON support teams as needed to resolve account or listing issues
• Proven experience managing a NOON.com seller account (minimum 6 month)
• Strong understanding of NOON Seller Lab, bulk uploads, and product categorization
• Familiarity with product listing best practices and keyword optimization
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for data handling
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve listing or account issues quickly
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Experience with Amazon, Shopify, or Noon cross-listing is a plus
• Must have own computer and internet
