We’re Hiring : Full-Time Director of Marketing (Dubai-Based)

Location : Dubai (Hybrid : Workspace + Remote)

Salary : Competitive, Based on Experience + Performance Commission based on ROAS & Profit from Marketing

Start Date : Immediate

Now, we’re looking for a strategic and executional powerhouse to lead our marketing machine and 10x everything we have now faster and better.

What You’ll Do

1. Content Direction & Execution (IG, YouTube, Ads) :

  • Lead ideation, scripting, shoot planning, and scheduling for regular content recording days with our team in Dubai.
  • Drive short-form and long-form content strategies across Instagram and YouTube.
  • Ensure maximum output of content from every shoot day and leverage AI to build multi facet brand.

2. Performance Marketing Ownership :

  • Strategize, launch, and optimize high-converting ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube.
  • Own and improve funnels, landing pages, lead magnets, and retargeting flows.
  • Use data to make smart, fast marketing decisions and drive ROI.
  • Lead and manage a team of videographers, editors, copywriters, and designers.
  • Build and refine content systems from idea to post-publishing , ensuring fast, repeatable workflows.
  • Set KPIs and deadlines for your team and ensure excellence in execution.

    • 4. Multi-Channel Brand Strategy :

  • Oversee strategy and execution for our podcast , client testimonial marketing , and event coverage .
  • Plan and direct high-leverage content sprints around launches and live events.

    • What You Bring

  • Proven track record of profitable ad campaigns with screenshots, case studies, or dashboards to prove it.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience managing a content or marketing team .
  • Deep working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager , YouTube / Google Ads , and funnels / LP builders .
  • Obsessed with execution. You get things done on time and make your team better.
  • Passion for storytelling, scripting, organisation and brand building

  • Experience working with fitness, coaching, or transformation-based brands
  • Familiarity with South Asian audiences or markets
