We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Chef de Partie (CDP) to take ownership of a kitchen section and support smooth kitchen operations. This role is ideal for someone ready to take the next step in their culinary career with a hands-on and leadership mindset.
Key Responsibilities :
- Take full responsibility for a designated section of the kitchen.
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes in line with the restaurant’s standards.
- Assist in supervising and training junior chefs and commis.
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety (HACCP).
- Monitor mise en place, portion control, and stock levels.
- Collaborate with the Sous Chef and Head Chef on daily operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your section.
