Senior Procurement Engineer

Job Summary We are looking for a Senior Procurement Engineer with extensive experience in sourcing highquality materials and services for luxury villa and mansion projects The candidate should have a strong network of suppliers and a deep understanding of premium finishes and construction materials Key Responsibilities Develop and implement procurement strategies specific to luxury residential projects Source and select suppliers vendors and subcontractors for highend finishes and materials Review and evaluate supplier quotations negotiate terms and ensure timely delivery Coordinate with project teams to ensure procurement aligns with project timelines and specifications Manage procurement documentation and contracts Monitor market trends and new product innovations in luxury finishes Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards Qualifications Extensive experience in procurement for highend residential or luxury projects Strong negotiation communication and supplier management skills Knowledge of premium interior and exterior finishes Familiarity with procurement software and ERP systems UAE Bahrain experience preferred
