Business Development Manager Job Location UAE Key Responsibilities Set targets for new business development for business development executives Implement new business initiatives across the business and sales teams Work closely with team members to generate new business within large accounts Identify sales opportunities resulting from market changes Form strategic partnerships with other companies to leverage their existing networks Negotiate sales contracts with customers and ensure their profitability Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials and tools to support new business teams Establish relationships with key project stakeholders Promote D R expertise in BIM to new and existing clients Participate in the quotation and negotiation phase of new projects Monitor the project delivery phase to identify new business opportunities Collaborate with the Technical team during presales engagements Identify new business opportunities with existing clients Influence and network with prospective clients to build relationships and identify business needs to address Build and maintain strong longlasting client relationships Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to clients needs and objectives Communicate progress of weekly monthly quarterly initiatives to Duncan Ross Management Forecast and track key business development metrics e g weekly reporting of pipeline development and progress quarterly sales results and annual forecasts Travel across the GCC on a timely basis to meet prospective clients and identify their needs while visiting their offices and presenting Duncan Ross Solutions Portfolio Mobilize remobilize new projects Qualification Standards Knowledge Experience Proficient in Microsoft Office Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook Excellent English communication skills another language is an advantage 48 years of proven work experience as an Account Manager Key Account Manager or Sales Account Manager BIM Engineer experience is an advantage Ideal experience in sectors O G Construction Aerospace Defense Technology Telco Sector solid experience with CRM software and MS Office particularly MS Excel Experience delivering clientfocused solutions to customer needs Ability to manage multiple business management projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Selfmotivated driven methodical and enthusiastic individual Demonstrable ability to communicate present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization Excellent listening negotiation and presentation abilities Strong verbal and written communication skills
