CHARGE NURSE

The Charge Nurse 1 supports operational excellence by ensuring effective execution of charge nursing processes which includes but is not limited to being accountable for enhancing workflows patient safety measures and team collaboration providing mentorship and advanced problem solving in order to bridge complex clinical and operational challenges Strategic Roles Responsibilities Support the development and execution of midlevel strategic nursing initiatives Contribute to key organizational projects Participate in developing metrics and reporting on nursing outcomes Operational Roles Responsibilities Supervise team performance and mentor staff members Address escalated issues and oversee patient care Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and hospital regulations Implement operational improvements in resource utilization and workflow efficiency Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to enhance service delivery and patient care outcomes Minimum Education Required Bachelor s degree in nursing is required Professional Certifications Required Current licensure as a professional registered nurse specialist Certification in clinical specialty preferred Years of Experience Minimum 6 years of applicable experience Languages English Fully Proficient Arabic Preferred You will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position
