Context

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Safety) Engineer to join our team for the design and construction of metro rail projects. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards of safety and performance.

Missions / Main Duties

Develop and implement RAMS strategies and plans for metro rail projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Conduct RAMS analyses, including Failure Modes, Effects, and Criticality Analysis (FMECA), Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), and Reliability Block Diagrams (RBD).
Collaborate with design and engineering teams to integrate RAMS requirements into project designs.
Monitor and evaluate project performance against RAMS targets, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Prepare and present RAMS reports and documentation to stakeholders, including clients, regulatory bodies, and project teams.
Lead risk assessments and safety audits to ensure project compliance with safety standards.
Provide technical guidance and support to project teams on RAMS-related issues.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in RAMS management.

Profile / Skills

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering

Proven experience in RAMS management within the rail or transportation industry, particularly in metro projects.

Strong knowledge of RAMS methodologies, tools, and standards (e.g., EN 50126, EN 50128, EN 50129).

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Proficiency in RAMS software tools and modelling techniques.

Certification in RAMS or related fields is a plus.

Preferably with UAE or GCC experience.
