Senior QA Tester - E-commerce Website (Freelance / Project-Based)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced QA Tester to test our e-commerce website and internal admin panel , ensuring a smooth and bug-free experience across all pages, features, and third-party integrations (e.g., payment gateways, order management, CRM, analytics, and marketing tools).

Your Responsibilities :

• Perform manual testing across our e-commerce site and admin dashboard
• Test all functionalities : product listing, cart, checkout, user registration, login, order flow, etc.
• Test third-party integrations : payment gateways, shipping APIs, email / SMS notifications, analytics tools, CRM, and marketing plugins
• Identify, document, and report bugs with clear reproduction steps and severity levels
• Conduct cross-browser and device testing (desktop, mobile, tablet)
• Validate UI / UX consistency , responsiveness, and usability
• Provide structured feedback and suggestions for improvement
• Collaborate with developers and the project manager to re-test fixed issues
• Proven experience testing e-commerce websites and admin systems
• Strong understanding of web technologies and user behavior
• Experience with QA tools like Google Dev Tools, Postman, etc.
• Ability to write clear bug reports and test cases
• Familiar with testing third-party integrations and APIs
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Bonus : Experience with WordPress + WooCommerce setups
