VP - Real Estate Private Equity

Charterhouse are partnered with an international Real Estate Private Equity Fund who are looking to build a footprint in the region and develop their platform. The firm are looking at full commitment to the region and as such will be building an Investment Platform to deploy capital back into the Real Estate and Infra Assets locally. The VP will be a critical hire for their success in the region, to spearhead the growth and development of their presence. As such, the VP will take the lead on origination of transactions through leveraging their existing relationships across asset owners in the region. The role will cover the full deal lifecycle, working closely with Analysts and Associates on Due Diligence, Underwriting, Securing of Funding and some elements of Asset and Portfolio Management. The origination elements of this role are vital and will play a large role in ensuring success of the platform in the region. The firm are bringing a truly interesting investment mandate to the region with a genuine USP and have an impressive existing LP base.

To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate will have at least 10 years’ experience within Real Estate Private Equity transactions, and a large amount of this experience being UAE based. The successful candidate will have a strong network across GPs in the region and exposure across a range of direct investments.
