About the role The Commis I assists Chef s in the daytoday operation of the kitchen and to help maintain a high Standard of food preparation What you will do Main Duties Description 1 Assists the Chef de Partie Demi Chef de Partie to establish standard recipes and ensure the compliance with them 2 Participates in product development and in controlling the smooth operation of the kitchen 3 Have a good knowledge of cuisines to carry out the duties and responsibilities for the position in an efficient and productive manner 4 Demonstrates and maintains professional behavior and positive attitude at all times 5 Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by the Restaurant Chef or Sous Chef What you bring A minimum of at least 1 year of experience in the similar role in a luxury brand An outgoing personality and a cando approach to an assigned task High level of understanding and knowledge of food and or wine Proficient in English speaking reading writing Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills What we offer Competitive Salary wages and a comprehensive benefits package Excellent Training and Development opportunities Complimentary Accommodation at other Four Seasons Hotels and Resort Complimentary Dry Cleaning for Employee Uniforms Complimentary Employee Meals and so much more You will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position
