Key Responsibilities Assist the Head Chef in menu planning food preparation and kitchen management Supervise and train kitchen staff ensuring consistency and quality in food production Monitor inventory levels order supplies and manage food cost control Ensure strict adherence to health safety and sanitation regulations Oversee kitchen operations during the Head Chef s absence Contribute to innovation and seasonal menu development Requirements Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent qualification Minimum 5 years of experience in a professional kitchen with at least 1 2 years as a Sous Chef Experience in specify cuisine if needed e g Continental Arabic Asian etc Strong leadership organizational and communication skills Knowledge of HACCP and UAE food safety standards preferred Ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment
