Sales Representative Job Location UAE Key Responsibilities Serve customers by understanding their needs and offering relevant spare parts solutions Service existing accounts and establish new accounts by organizing and executing daily sales activities Prepare and process quotations and follow up to successfully convert them into orders Proactively build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients Negotiate with customers to close deals and ensure timely execution of received orders Collaborate with internal departments Sales Commercial Dispatch Finance to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction Coordinate export sales documentation and logistics Monitor and analyze spare parts movement to ensure availability for regular orders Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with Finance for credit approvals Conduct periodic market research to stay competitive on pricing and product offerings Open new SKM accounts through vendor registration processes Participate in sales meetings and contribute to strategy development based on market insights Support showroom activities and ensure a professional environment is maintained Requirements Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HVAC sales Strong communication and negotiation skills across all organizational levels Computer literate and comfortable with ERP and sales tools Selfmotivated proactive and resultoriented Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
