Senior Data Architect

Responsibilities What you will do Design and implement enterprise data architecture frameworks that support the integration storage and analysis of healthcare data Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications Develop and maintain data models data flow diagrams and data dictionaries to ensure data integrity and accessibility Ensure compliance with healthcare data standards e g HL7 FHIR DICOM and regulations e g HIPAA GDPR Lead the evaluation and selection of data management tools technologies and platforms Oversee the migration and integration of data from legacy systems to modern platforms Establish data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality security and privacy Provide technical leadership and mentorship to data engineering and analytics teams Stay current with emerging trends and advancements in healthcare data architecture and technology Required Experience Technical Expertise Proficiency in data modelling database design and data warehousing Strong knowledge of SQL NoSQL and cloudbased data platforms e g OCI AWS Azure Google Cloud Experience with ETL tools and data integration techniques Familiarity with big data technologies e g Hadoop Spark and machine learning frameworks Understanding of healthcare data standards e g HL7 FHIR DICOM and terminologies e g SNOMED LOINC Industry Knowledge Indepth understanding of healthcare data regulations e g HIPAA GDPR and compliance requirements Experience working with electronic health records EHR clinical data and patient data Leadership and Communication Proven ability to lead crossfunctional teams and manage complex projects Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities Analytical Skills Ability to analyze complex data sets and identify trends patterns and insights Experience with data visualization tools e g SAS Tableau Power BI is essential You will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position
