Key Responsibilities Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Pharmacology Design and deliver lectures tutorials and laboratory sessions Supervise student research projects theses and clinical case discussions Conduct original research and publish in indexed peerreviewed journals Participate in curriculum development and continuous academic improvement Contribute to departmental and universitywide committees events and accreditation processes Minimum Requirements Ph D in Pharmacology or closely related field At least 3 5 years of postPh D teaching experience at a recognized academic institution Strong record of research publications in indexed journals Excellent interpersonal communication and academic writing skills Commitment to excellence in teaching student mentoring and collaborative research
