Head of Communications

We are currently supporting our client, a Middle East-headquartered, global infrastructure and large-scale built environment developer, in their search for a Head of Communications. Renowned for delivering, managing, and redeveloping high-profile, multi-purpose projects, our client has played a key role in shaping modern, integrated living environments across global markets.

The Head of Communications will lead the strategic planning and execution of the company’s corporate communications, media relations, and reputation management efforts. This role requires a visionary communicator with a deep understanding of the infrastructure and development landscape, who can position the company as a global leader in transformation and innovation

Role :

• Develop and implement an integrated communications strategy that aligns with corporate objectives and enhances stakeholder perception globally.
• Lead all external communications, including media relations, press releases, interviews, crisis response, and executive positioning.
• Oversee internal communications to ensure alignment, engagement, and consistency of messaging across the organisation.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on communications strategy, messaging, and brand reputation.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with key media outlets, industry influencers, and government stakeholders.
• Drive thought leadership initiatives, including speaking opportunities, white papers, and branded content.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, investor relations, legal, HR, and project teams to ensure consistent brand narrative and positioning.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing communications team.
