- Develop and Implement Wealth Management Proposition : Create and execute the entire wealth management offering for the UAE market, ensuring alignment with target segments and risk parameters.
- Drive Sales and Service Excellence : Lead efforts to achieve business targets through effective sales strategies, a strong sales force system, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Ensure Governance, Compliance, and Regulatory Adherence : Oversee strict adherence to internal policies, successful audits, and all regulatory requirements set by UAE authorities.
- Lead Training and Coaching Initiatives : Continuously train and develop the wealth management team and branch staff, focusing on product knowledge, customer needs, and certification.
- Manage Key Stakeholders and Programs : Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and manage the end-to-end life-cycle of the wealth management program, ensuring timely execution of deliverable.
- Possesses over 10-15 years of extensive experience in wealth management, coupled with a postgraduate qualification (preferred).
- Demonstrates in-depth understanding of the global financial industry and technical expertise in UAE markets .
- Highly knowledgeable about regulatory requirements across various jurisdictions pertaining to wealth management.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic wealth management propositions that drive market share and profitability.
- A strong leader capable of training and coaching teams , ensuring governance and compliance , and managing key stakeholders effectively.
