HR Officer Job Location UAE Qualifications and Skills Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management Business Administration or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HR role preferably within the UAE Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and regulations Excellent communication interpersonal and problemsolving skills Proficiency in MS Office Suite Word Excel PowerPoint Experience with HRIS systems specify if applicable Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills Fluency in English is essential Arabic is a plus
