Job Description (JD) for the role of Investment & Managing Partner at Ally Executive HR Consulting , UAE office :

Job Title : Investment & Managing Partner

Eligibility - UAE resident or with valid business visa

With successful operations in India, we are expanding our footprint in the UAE, aiming to build long-term partnerships with regional and global clients.

Role Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and result-oriented Investment & Managing Partner to co-lead our UAE operations. The ideal candidate will bring a robust background in executive search, HR advisory, and talent acquisition , with a vision to scale a new-age consulting firm in the Middle East. As a core stakeholder, you will be instrumental in shaping strategy, building client relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Investment & Strategic Growth :
  • Co-invest and contribute to the expansion of Ally Executive’s presence in the UAE and MENA region.
  • Drive long-term growth strategies, business development , market positioning, and revenue generation.
  • Operational Leadership :
  • Lead day-to-day operations of the UAE office, including P&L ownership, team building, and service delivery.
  • Oversee business development efforts across industries including FMCG, Tech, Media, Healthcare, and Consulting.
  • Client & Advisory Engagement :
  • Act as the lead HR advisor for key clients; provide consultative input on workforce planning, talent strategy, and organizational design.
  • Build and nurture CXO-level relationships with clients across the region.
  • Talent Acquisition & Delivery :
  • Oversee delivery of senior and executive-level search mandates with high standards of quality, speed, and confidentiality.
  • Mentor and grow a high-performing team of recruiters and consultants.

Candidate Profile :

  • 15+ years of experience in HR consulting, executive search, or strategic talent acquisition.
  • Proven leadership in setting up or scaling HR or recruitment businesses in the GCC or globally.
  • Strong client network and industry connects in the Middle East, especially across corporate sectors.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a readiness to invest and lead as a core partner.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Prior experience with boutique HR advisory firms or leadership roles in global search firms will be an advantage.
