Job Title :   Kindergarten (KG) Class Teacher

Job Type :   Full-time

Location :   Al Barsha, Dubai

Job Summary :

The Kindergarten Class Teacher is responsible for supporting the early learning and holistic development of young children, typically aged 3 to 6. The role focuses on fostering a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment that encourages social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Create and implement lesson plans that promote early literacy, numeracy, creativity, and motor skills.
• Use play-based and activity-based teaching strategies to engage young learners.
• Establish a warm, supportive classroom environment that builds children's confidence and independence.
• Monitor and document student development and learning milestones.
• Communicate regularly with parents / guardians about student progress, behavior, and classroom activities.
• Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Support the emotional well-being of children and guide them in developing appropriate social behavior.
• Participate in staff meetings, school events, and professional development opportunities.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and school leadership on curriculum planning and child assessments.

Qualifications :

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Education or Early Childhood Education). Teaching certification or diploma in early years education. 2–3 years of experience in early childhood or kindergarten teaching is an advantage. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a Central Board for Secondary Education / Indian curriculum school in Dubai.
